Clinical Trial Program Success Manager - Remote Position
Job Description
YiQi Innovation is seeking a Research Program Success Manager. The core objectives of this position are to provide excellent project deliverables to sponsor clients and cultivate and deepen strategic partnership relations. As the core manager of global clinical trial-related projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and meeting client expectations.
Responsibilities
  1. In - depth understanding of sponsor needs
  • Systematically understand the sponsor's clinical trial strategies, specific requirements, and goals. Establish and maintain a continuous and trustworthy cooperative relationship.
  1. Serve as the project external expert
  • As the external project expert of YiQi Innovation, seamlessly connect with the project experts of the sponsor. Deeply understand and master the project background and details.
  1. Develop personalized project plans
  • According to the project objectives and requirements, develop individualized project plans. Be responsible for the whole process management and quality monitoring of the project to ensure its efficient progress.
  1. Maintain real - time communication
  • Regularly communicate with the sponsor, report on the project progress, and promptly feedback important information and potential problems in the project. Ensure that both parties reach an agreement on goals, schedules, and quality.
  1. Serve as the project internal expert
  • Organize and lead regular training and project discussions within the internal team to ensure that the team fully understands the project requirements and goals and efficiently implements project tasks.
  1. Cross - functional coordination and leadership
  • Lead cross - functional collaboration among internal and external stakeholders, coordinate resources, ensure the successful delivery of the project, and strive to exceed the sponsor's expectations.
Job Requirements
  1. Educational background
  • An educational background in medicine, life sciences, or related fields (bachelor's degree or above). A master's or doctoral degree is preferred.
  1. Language proficiency
  • Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, enabling seamless communication with global clients and teams.
  • Also possess excellent Chinese communication skills to be competent in a multilingual working environment.
  1. Project management experience
  • At least 2 years of project management experience in clinical trials or related fields.
  • Familiar with project management tools and methods, with good planning, execution, and monitoring capabilities.
  1. Communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with sponsors, team members, and cross - functional departments. Have excellent coordination and problem - solving skills.
  1. Results-Driven Ownership：Demonstrate leadership and execution excellence in complex projects with a commitment to delivering superior outcomes.Proactively identify and mitigate risks through robust quality monitoring systems.Develop and execute detailed action plans to ensure on-time delivery.Willingly take on challenges beyond core responsibilities to consistently exceed client expectations. Institutionalize post-project reviews to transform experiences into reusable best practices.
